Austin is a second-generation roofer. His father spent 30 years on the supply side of the industry — selling materials and warranties to roofing contractors across the Midwest. Austin grew up at the kitchen table learning which manufacturers stand behind their product, which shingles fail under hail, and which contractors actually deliver what they promise.
Austin has personally spent nearly 20 years on Kansas City roofs. Before he started Rebuilt, he was the Sales Manager at one of the largest regional roofing companies in the Midwest — which means he’s seen exactly how the high-pressure storm-chasing playbook works. He left to build the opposite.
